In the Matter of Supplementary Proceedings: Empire Trust Company, Judgment Creditor, Respondent, v. Gene Buck, Judgment Debtor, Appellant.

Order unanimously modified by directing the judgment debtor to pay to the Empire Trust Company, judgment creditor, to apply on the judgment a portion of his income to the amount of $2,500 per year in monthly installments, in addition to the annual sum of $3,500 presently garnisheed against said income, and as so modified affirmed, without costs.
