Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Dutchess county, construing paragraph third of the will of William A. Jones, deceased, unanimously affirmed, in so far as appealed from, with costs, payable out of the estate, to the parties filing briefs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
