In an action to recover for personal injuries to the infant plaintiff, and for loss of services, judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ ease affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur; Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., dissent.
