In an action to recover for personal injuries resulting from contact between the plaintiff and the defendant’s ear, order of the Appellate Term affirming a judgment of the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, which dismissed the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s evidence, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
