Aibel & Weissblatt, Inc. v. Harwin

In an action to recover a fixed amount for breach of two alleged oral agreements, the jury found a verdict for plaintiff. On defendant’s motion, the trial justice set aside the verdict on the ground that it was against the weight of evidence, and ordered a new trial.
