Bowers v. Bowers

Action to annul a marriage for fraud. Judgment dismissing the complaint reversed on the law, without costs, and interlocutory judgment directed for plaintiff as demanded in the complaint, without costs. The sole finding made by the Special Term is reversed and new findings will be made. In our opinion there was sufficient proof of defendant’s fraud.
