Samuel C. Zeffert, Appellant, v. William Zeffert, Crest Furniture, Inc., and Abraham B. Hertz, Respondents.

Action to establish a partnership and for an accounting. The issues were tried and judgment rendered in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff, dismissing the complaint on the merits. The plaintiff appeals. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Davis, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
