In the Matter of the Claim of Anna Frances Johnson, Respondent, against 2101 Amsterdam Realty Corporation and London and Lancashire Indemnity Company of America, Appellants. State Industrial Board, Respondent.

The proof sustains the finding that claimant became the common-law wife of the deceased in 1929, and an award for death benefits was properly made to her. Award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the State Industrial Board. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Schenck, JJ.
