Order of the Surrogate’s Court, Kings county, confirming the report of a referee and adjudging that the claim of Anna R. Nichols was valid, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondent, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Appeal from the report dismissed. Present — Lazansky, P.
