Plaintiff’s intestate was struck by defendant’s trolley car. Action to recover for personal injuries and for the death caused thereby. Judgment entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
