The People of the State of New York ex rel. Charles C. Clark, Relator, v. William E. Snyder, as Warden of Clinton Prison, Respondent.

Relator has appealed from an order of the County Court of Clinton County dismissing a writ of habeas corpus issued on his behalf. Relator’s maximum term of imprisonment will not expire until November 25, 1944. Order unanimously affirmed. Present — Hill, P. J., Bliss, Heffernan, Schenck and Foster, JJ.
