Tack v. Columbia Fire Insurance Co. of Dayton

In an action for reformation of a fire insurance policy, and for judgment in accordance with the terms of the policy, as so reformed, for a loss sustained by fire, judgment dismissing the complaint on the merits unanimously affirmed, with costs.
