Action against the pledgee of collateral security based on the claim that the pledgee in bad faith sold the security for an inadequate consideration and misapplied some of the proceeds of the sale. Judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant, after trial by the court without a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P.
