The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Joseph Heal, Appellant.

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court of Orange County, entered January 24, 1941, convicting him of the crime of robbery in the first degree, and from certain orders. Judgment of conviction unanimously affirmed. Appeal from orders dismissed. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Taylor and Close, JJ.
