Defendant appeals from a judgment entered upon a decision after trial by the court without a jury, in favor of plaintiff individually, in actions on two so-called industrial life insurance policies. Judgment of the City Court of Yonkers unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Taylor and Close, JJ.
