Action for a separation brought by plaintiff wife against defendant husband. Order granting alimony and counsel fee affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. There should be a trial without further delay. No opinion, Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur. Settle order on notice.
