Constance Elderd, an Infant, by John Elderd, Her Guardian ad Litem, et al., Respondents, v. City of New York, Defendant, and Marietta Moniz, Defendant-Appellant.

In an action by the infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries, and by her father for medical expenses and loss of services, judgment for plaintiffs reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to appellant to abide the event. The verdict is against the weight of the credible evidence. Close, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
