The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. William Petersen, Appellant.

Judgment of the County Court of Kings County convicting defendant of the crime of murder in the first degree, and sentencing him to imprisonment in the State prison at Sing Sing for life, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present — Close, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
