Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff while a passenger in one of defendant’s trolley cars. Order denying in part plaintiff’s motion for an examination of defendant before trial, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, without costs, the examination to proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion.
