The People of the State of New York ex rel. 112 Central Park South, Inc., Appellant, against William S. Miller et al., as the Tax Commission of the City of New York, Respondents.

After taking into consideration all relevant factors, the order, so far as appealed from, is unanimously modified by reducing the assessments as follows:
