Final order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified so as to provide for the fixing of the assessed valuations of the property for the year 1942-43 as follows: Land $500,-000, Building $150,000, Total $650,000; and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant.
