Appeal by the People from an order of the County Court of Kings County dismissing an indictment charging defendant with the commission of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree. Order reversed on the law, the motion denied and the indictment reinstated. In our opinion, the evidence adduced before the Grand Jury is sufficient to sustain the indictment. Close, P.
