Jakuboski v. Matson Navigation Co.

On reargument of the appeal in this case ( 265 App. Div. 859 ) the order dated June 15, 1942, is modified on the law by striking out the first ordering paragraph; and by striking out the word “ other ” from the second ordering paragraph.
