Action for absolute divorce. On the court’s own motion, the appeal from the interlocutory judgment and the appeal from the final judgment are consolidated. Interlocutory judgment and final judgment in favor of plaintiff, and order denying defendant’s motion for counsel fee and printing expenses, unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
