Angelo Cafaro, Respondent, v. City of New York (B. M. T. Division) et al., Appellants.

Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff, a pedestrian, when he was in contact successively with defendant Noble’s taxicab, and the trolley car of the other two defendants. Judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Nolan, JJ.
