Appeal by employer and insurance carrier from an award to claimant made by the Workmen’s Compensation Board for 100% loss of the right eye. Decision and award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s. Compensation Board (Matter of Benilacqua v. Clark, 225 App. Div. 190 , add. 250 N. Y. 589 ; Matter of Flanigan v. Hunt Engineering Co., 268 App. Div. 838 , motion for leave to appeal denied 294 N. Y. 640 ). All concur.
