Decree, so far as appealed from, affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur, except Larkin, J., not voting. (The portion of the decree appealed from adjudges that the alleged last will of decedent was duly executed, that testatrix was competent to make a will, and that she was not under restraint, and admits the will to probate.)
