— Appeal by the employer and carrier from awards and decision o‘f the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed May 18, 1945. The issue is whether the D. & M. Pharmacy, a copartnership, or George Lindsey, is the employer. The board has found that the copartnership was the employer. The record sustains the finding. Awards and decision affirmed, with costs to the Workmen’s Compensation Board. All concur.
