Action for damages for breach of a contract in respect of mating a mortgage loan on certain real property. Order denying motion of certain defendants to dismiss the complaint, under rule 107 of the Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, with leave to said defendants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon.
