The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Joseph Minsk, Appellant.

Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting defendant of the crime of criminally buying and receiving stolen property, reversed on the facts and a new trial ordered. The judgment is against the weight of the credible evidence. Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
