Action by plaintiff husband to impress a trust for an undivided half interest in certain real property, legal title to which is presently in defendant wife. Judgment in favor of plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Nolan and Sneed, JJ.
