Order of the Queens County Surrogate’s Court, settling the case on the appeal talren by Mary Ellen Hildreth from the decree of said court which settled the accounts of the appellant, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P. J., Carswell, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
