In an action to set aside a conveyance made by plaintiff’s husband (now deceased) to the latter’s mother, judgment was awarded to plaintiff. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Hagarty, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ.
