The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Anthony Emmino, Appellant.

Judgment of the County Court, Kings County, entered on the verdict of a jury, finding the defendant guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the first degree on each of three counts charging the theft of an automobile, and imposing sentences thereon, unanimously affirmed.
