Decree affirmed, with costs to all parties filing briefs payable out of the estate. All- concur, except Larkin, J., not voting. (The decree construes the will of decedent and holds that parts of the attempted trusts provided for by the will .were invalid.) Present — Taylor, P. J., Harris, MeCurn, Larkin and Love, JJ.
