In the Matter of the City of New York, Respondent, Relative to Acquiring Title to Real Property Required for the Opening and Extending of a New Street, from East 22nd Street to East 23rd Street and the Widening of Other Streets. Leon Ottinger et al., Individually and as Executors and Trustees under the Will of Moses Ottinger, Deceased, et al., Appellants.

Decree, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by increasing the amount of the award to the owners of Damage Parcels 20 and 20-A to the sum of $31,300, of which $27,000 represents land value and $4,300 the value of the buildings, and as so modified affirmed, with costs to claimants-appellants.
