Lillian Zins, an Infant, by Her Guardian ad Litem, Morris Zins, et al., Respondents, v. City of New York, Appellant.

Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the infant plaintiff by reason of a fall upon an icy sidewalk, and by her father for expenses and loss of services.
