The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. John H. Francis, Appellant.

Defendant has appealed from a judgment of conviction of the Schenectady County Court of the crime of sodomy based on the verdict of a jury. The evidence sustains the verdict. Judgment affirmed. All concur.
