Order unanimously modified by directing defendant to furnish particulars as to item 6 contained in the order to show cause herein, dated May 1, 1947, within twenty days after service of the order in No. 82, decided herewith (ante, p. 994), with notice of entry thereof, and as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant.
