Rose McGraw et al., Appellants, v. National Liberty Insurance Company of America, Respondent.

- Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except MeCurn and Vaughan, JJ., who dissent and vote for reversal and for granting a new trial on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of evidence. (The judgment is for defendant for no cause of action in an action under a fire insurance policy. The order denies plaintiff’s motion for a new trial.) Present — Taylor, P. J., MeCurn, Love, Vaughan and Kimball, JJ.
