Gorman v. Concord Cab Corp.

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, and for expenses and loss of services arising out of the collision of appellants’ automobile with a taxicab in which the female respondents were passengers, judgment in favor of each of five respondents and against appellants unanimously affirmed, with costs.
