Marion Maliszewski, Respondent, v. Estella Maresi et al., Defendants, and Tillie Bercovitz, Appellant.

Defendant Tillie Bercovitz appeals from a judgment, as amended, in an action to recover damages for personal injuries, wherein plaintiff claims that by reason of the negligence of the appellant he suffered injuries as the result of a fire in her hotel.
