Decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Westchester County, admitting to probate an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Constantine M. Alexieff, deceased, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondent, payable out of the estate. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ.
