In the Matter of the Claim of Milton Tum, Respondent, against Elmira Coca Cola Bottling Works, Inc., et al., Appellants, and Coca Cola Bottling Works et al., Respondents. Workmen’s Compensation Board, Respondent.

The decision in the above-entitled matter, handed down on May 3, 1950 (ante, p. 800), is hereby amended in respect to costs to read as follows: Award unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs to be divided equally between the Workmen’s Compensation Board and respondent, Utica Mutual Insurance Company, with printing disbursements to each.
