Decree affirmed, with costs to all parties filing briefs, payable out of the fund. All concur. (The decree appealed from directs distribution of the proceeds of a settlement pursuant to section 133 of the Decedent Estate Law as it existed prior to the amendment which took effect April 16, 1949.)
