In an action by plaintiff, a tenant of defendant’s building, to recover damages for personal injuries suffered when she fell because of the icy condition of an access walk leading thereto, judgment of the City Court of Mount Vernon dismissing the complaint, after trial before the court without a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs.
