The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Anthony Dlugoleski, Appellant.

1 Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court of Queens County, convicting him of the crime of attempted rape in the first degree, and sentencing him to serve two to five years in State’s Prison.
