Judgment unanimously reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, unless the plaintiffs Mildred Wechter and William R. Wechter stipulate to reduce the judgment in their favor to $2,500 and $500 respectively, in which event the judgment, as so modified, is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
