-In an action to recover damages for personal injuries arising out of a collision between plaintiff Novicki’s motorcycle and defendant’s parked automobile, the latter appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MaeCrate, JJ.
