Order unanimously modified by fixing the assessed valuations for the years 1944-45 and 1945-46 at: Land $200,000, building $500,000, total $700,000; and for the years 1946-47 and 1947-48 at: Land $210,000, building $500,000, total $710,000 and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants.
